Report on the Baltic state real estate market for the 3rd quarter of 2016
In the third quarter of 2016, the total volume of investments in real estate in Latvia amounted to EUR 210 million, which corresponds to the respective period of the previous year. Experts of “Colliers International” project that the total volume of investments in the industry in 2016 will have reached the level of 2015 due to the activity in the commercial property segment.You may view the full text of the report here.
